Cancellation Policy
⏰ Non-Responsive After 10 Minutes
If you do not arrive or respond within 10 minutes of your appointment time:
• Your card will be charged 100% of your service total, and if I am unable to charge your card, your next appointment will have a $50 fee.
• You’ll be marked as a no-show
❌ Same-Day Cancellations
• Cancel, the same day?
→ Your card gets charged 25%
→ No card on file? It’s added to your next service
📆 Same-Day Reschedules
• Want to move your appointment on the same day?
→ You’ll need to pay$20 reservation fee to confirm new time ( non refundable )
→ If payment isn’t made, the appointment will be canceled and you’ll need to rebook with a deposit
