Akira Wax Colorado (AWC) is a membership based waxing studio in Colorado known for specializing in Brazilian waxing while taking pride in full body waxing services. AWC was created to give women a comfortable, judgment free space where waxing feels less intimidating and more like self care. Our focus is gentle technique, real education, and helping clients stay consistent through our membership program. Cancellation Policy
⏰ Non-Responsive After 10 Minutes
If you do not arrive or respond within 10 minutes of your appointment time:
• Your card will be charged 100% of your service total, and if I am unable to charge your card, your next appointment will have a $35 fee.
• You’ll be marked as a no-show
❌ Same-Day Cancellations
• Cancel, the same day?
→ Your card gets charged 25%
→ No card on file? It’s added to your next service
📆 Same-Day Reschedules
• Want to move your appointment on the same day?
→ You’ll need to pay$25 reservation fee to confirm new time ( non refundable )
→ If payment isn’t made, the appointment will be canceled and you’ll need to rebook with a deposit
